                 This course is designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved in mergers and acquisitions, from conceptualization to post-transaction integration. The topic includes the concepts of merger and acquisition, well defined strategic merger and acquisition planning, Due diligence, financial valuation, and change management.
