The course focuses on how logistics and supply chain management can create competitive advantage to entrepreneurs. To analyze structure and system of logistics and supply chain for entrepreneurs from raw material sourcing, production, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, including technology selection for logistics which is suitable for entrepreneurs.
